Important notes on purchasing Gift Certificates
1) If you wish to purchase a Gift Certificate for a particular sailing date, please call us at 1-877-788-4263 (8AM-10PM, 7 days a week) to confirm that your desired sailing date is available.
2) Gift Certificates do not expire, but must be redeemed during our regular sailing season and sailing dates must be booked in advance. Booking is easy
3) Gift certificates may be purchased for and redeemed by minors, but minors must be accompanied by an adult on the sailing date.
4) When purchasing gift certificates for others, please enter the recipients' addess as the shipping address; this is the address to which we will send a printed copy of the Gift Certificate.
5) Gift Certificates can be purchased for any amount; you can calculate the gift certificate amount by adding $45 for every recipient under the age of 18 and $60 for every adult recipient. Remember that these prices do not include tax; we are required to charge an additional 6% GST on all fares.
6) After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with your order details (if you pay with Paypal or pay with a credit card and enter your email address). This confirmation number will be printed on the Gift Certificate, but it's a good idea to print this confirmation in the event the Gift Certificate becomes lost or does not arrive in time for the recipients' sailing adventure; this confirmation number will be required to check in.
